Internet Phone Line

An extra line for £2 a month? Using the latest technology, the Utility Warehouse can now offer customers an extra phone line for just £2 line rental per month - a massive saving of over 80% compared with an additional line from BT - as long as you also have a broadband internet service.

Not to be confused with so called "VOIP" services which rely on software installed on your computer, the Utility Warehouse service operates in exactly the same way as a normal phone line with a normal phone which rings in exactly the same way as your current phone line. For a one-off connection charge of just £50 (which is less than half the amount BT charges for installing a new line), the Utility Warehouse will allocate you a brand new additional phone number. They will also send you a special telephone adaptor which you simply plug into your internet router, and then plug into your phone. That's all there is to it.
