WIN FREE UTILITIES FOR A YEAR!

Every month, one new Utility Warehouse Discount Club customer will win Free Utilities for a Year! We’ve introduced this new monthly prize draw to give Executives a simple, attractive message which will really grab people’s attention.

The prize draw is open to all new customers, whether they are signed up by IDs, introduced by CFRs or CGAs, or simply referred by another customer! (Please note: this offer is not open to Business Club customers).

Every month, one lucky household will see their utility bills vanish – for a year.

HOW DO YOU ENTER? Just by agreeing to save money on your utilities in the first place!

HOW IT WORKS - Customers will be entered into the draw automatically in the month during which their first service goes live. We will draw one name at random on the first business day of the following month. The first draw will be on 1st May 2008.

We will contact the customer and their Executive directly to let them have the good news. Then we will credit the winner’s bill each month with the cost of all the utilities we have supplied to them (up to a maximum of £100), every month for twelve months.

Your chance to win free utilities for a year! Another great reason to join the Utility Warehouse Discount Club!

Telecom Plus Gift Voucher Promotion

Our Gift Voucher Promotion enables you to earn valuable extra rewards every quarter as you grow your Telecom plus business. This scheme works on a points basis, where you will earn one point for each service taken by the personal customers you have gathered during the quarter.

The more points you get each quarter the more gift vouchers we will send you to spend in either Marks and Spencer or John Lewis.

• 20 points or more = £30 vouchers per 10 points
• 50 points or more = £40 vouchers per 10 points
• 90 points or more = £50 vouchers per 10 points.

So if you have 26 points that makes £60 in vouchers. 52 points makes £200 in vouchers. And 91 points makes £450 in vouchers! The first period runs from 15 October 2007 to 31 January 2007, and then three monthly thereafter until 30 April 2009.

Vouchers will be sent out approximately six weeks after the end of each period, because we will allow the following month for your customer’s services to actually go live. So your vouchers for customers gathered during the period ending 31 Jan 2008 will be issued in the middle of March, with your points based on how many services have gone live by the end of Feb 2008.

If you are not yet a Distributor with Telecom Plus and would like to join, please click on the Sign Up link to the right of this article.

The Investors Chronicle & Which? Magazine Agree - We’re Number One!

The cover story of the September 07 edition of the Investors Chronicle, the trusted investment magazine, was looking at six tough shares that would be a solid investment in these uncertain times. Telecom plus was at the top of the list! The Investors Chronicle pointed to our strong
cash flow and healthy balance sheet, and approved of our progressive dividend policy. And then in the October edition of Which? (the UK’s leading consumer magazine) the Utility Warehouse came TOP in a survey of how satisfied people are with their home phone & broadband bundles.

This great result showed that our BroadCall and Home Phone products are really delivering for our customers. And it shows that we’re looking after our customers well – great customer care is part of every service we provide! Together, these two high-profile articles really illustrate what makes our business model so strong:

• great services at great value
• best-in-class customer service
• low overheads
• unique distribution network
• substantial growth in turnover
• dependable profits
• market-leading position
• growing base of business customers and – the fact that everyone needs our products, whatever happens to the economy over the coming years.

As the Investors Chronicle said, this is a winning combination.

Win A Mini Success!

A number of team distributors took part in a Win a Mini event in February at the local Morrisons store. The event was a real success and saw numbers of customers join the Utilty Warehouse Discount Club. Feedback from the event was that the average customer rates customer service much more importantly than price. I guess we can help on both levels!!

If you would like to take part in a local Win a Mini event or indeed if you would like to arrange one for your team, please contact me at esther@bills2big.com and I will be happy to help organize.

Bill Gates - 11 Rules

Rule 1: Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2 : The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3 : You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4 : If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5 : Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had adifferent word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.

Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about yourmistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but LIFE HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.

Rule 10: Television is NOT REAL LIFE. In real life people actually have to leavethe coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11 : Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

If you can read this - Thank a teacher!

A Special 10th Anniversary Message from Charles

What a fantastic start to 2008!

Over the last few weeks we’ve seen record numbers of new IDs, CGAs and CFRs joining the business as well as a huge increase in new customer numbers. Many of you are already seeing this reflected in your group customer numbers. The newspapers may be full of doom and gloom... high inflation, falling property prices, recession looming – but as a Telecom plus Distributor, the prospects have never been brighter as we look forward to the positive impact from increasing customer numbers on your residual incomes, boosted by the effect of the energy price rises we announced at the start of February.

So why is our business so good at the moment?
Could it be the huge price increases recently announced by the “Big 6” energy suppliers?
Could it be our award-winning customer service team, based in the UK?
Could it be the exciting new services we launched at Express Day have really begun to catch peoples’ imagination? Our amazing Internet Phone Lines at just £2 per month; our new BroadCall Laptop tariff; or our new ValueTalk tariffs with inclusive calls and texts from just £10 per month.
Could it be the fantastic promotions we announced at Express Day, giving you the opportunity to qualify for an unforgettable all-expenses-paid luxury holiday in Spring 2009, or to receive hundreds of pounds of free gift vouchers?
Could it be the dedication of the strong leadership in the field along with our committed and skilful trainers?
Or is it simply that our unique combination of great value, great service and the convenience of a single monthly bill really is what customers are looking for?

If you are currently out there working on building your business, that’s great. You’ll know from the feedback you are receiving and the growth in your own customer numbers just how much activity is currently taking place.

On the other hand, if you’ve been taking a break from the business or have never really got started, then it really is time to get back in gear. Our offers have never been stronger. Our service and support have never been better. And the rewards you can earn from your activity have never been higher. If you are not sure what your next step could be, then all you need to do is contact Executive Services and book yourself a free place on a College of Excellence “Getting Started” course near you. But don’t delay – all our courses are fully booked each month and the number of places available is strictly limited.

Last month was the 10th anniversary of my joining Telecom plus, and I am enormously proud of our achievement together in building this business from nothing to almost £200 million in annual sales, establishing ourselves as the UK’s most successful network marketing company. But that is nothing compared with the huge opportunity still open to us. We still have less than a 1% market share for the services we provide.

There are no longer any excuses for not being successful with Telecom plus. If you can believe in yourself, and take advantage of the support available through the College of Excellence and from your upline, nothing can stop you achieving your dreams.

Stop Press…

I have just been notified that we have been short-listed by Which? magazine for the “Best Broadband Provider” Award at their annual consumer industry awards dinner this Spring! A truly amazing endorsement of how our business has been transformed over the last few years.
